Thank you for visiting us, and we invite you to join us in making a difference in the places we call home!

Mission Statement

When the heroes need help

Lady Blue & Gold was created in 2000 by motivated New Jersey State Troopers. Our organization is dedicated to the concept of Team Volunteerism. Lady Blue & Gold is focused on participating in fundraising events and community service.

Our goal is to help benefit and raise money for our fellow law enforcement brothers and sisters and First Responders who continue to “Hold the Line.” Sometimes in this profession, there are unforeseen circumstances when the heroes are the ones who need help.

Our Mission

Emergency Disaster Relief Kits (EDRK)

Our mission is preparing Emergency Disaster Relief Kits (EDRK) for first responders. Law enforcement personnel are the first to respond when a natural or man-made disaster strikes. Police officers and emergency management personnel often leave their families behind without notice.

Our goal is to raise money for emergency kit items and have them available when a disaster strikes. These kits will assist our first responders to recover after assisting those in our communities.

What We Do

Team volunteerism in action

Lady Blue & Gold, founded by motivated New Jersey State Troopers in 2000, embodies the spirit of Team Volunteerism. We actively engage in fundraising and community service to support our law enforcement and First Responder community.

Our main mission is to prepare Emergency Disaster Relief Kits (EDRK) for these heroes who are often the first to respond when disaster strikes. These kits provide vital resources to aid their recovery and support the communities they serve.

Testimonials

A service organization that truly serves all

Lady Blue & Gold is a service organization that truly serves all. When underserved and marginalized girls in Asbury Park needed toys for Christmas, not only did the team step in to provide Christmas surprises, but they explained what they did in their professional lives too. Lady Blue & Gold helped the girls to see for themselves that law enforcement is more than just enforcing the law, it’s also protecting, serving, and giving back to the community. I cannot thank you enough for being such great role models.

Childhood Leukemia Foundation was honored to be chosen as a recipient of Lady Blue and Gold’s 20th Anniversary Softball State Police Women’s Tournament. It was truly inspirational to see everyone from different states come together for such an amazing event. These women and men put their hearts and souls into this event, and you can see it in everything they do. Because of this event and the people who give their time and dedication to it, the Childhood Leukemia Foundation was able to reach out and touch the lives of so many children battling cancer. And just like these brave women and men who put their lives on the line every day, the children we serve are true heroes.
